ADP - Payroll Services and Partnership

Out of the multiple payroll services you work with, how many of them do you get to sit down in a room and ask them questions? And if that isn’t enough, how many work directly in the Marin County area? This is your chance to bring your questions to ADP Payroll Services, meet reps in person and continue a supportive relationship with them to make your job easier.

In addition to your questions, ADP will be reviewing the four ways ADP partners with local bookkeepers and accounting firms to support their business and their client’s overall satisfaction. This includes:

• Revenue share program
• Wholesale program for firms that process payroll and would like to keep doing so at our wholesale pricing model.
• For firms that would like to get out of processing payroll, ADP offers 1.4 times what their book of business is worth.
• How ADP collaborates with their partners to refer business back to them.

Our ADP reps/presenters this month are Dominic Smith and Allison Fosbery. Dominic is a sales executive for ADP out of San Francisco and has been with ADP for the past 5 years. His key role is to build partnerships with Accountants and Bookkeepers to enhance client satisfaction. He has a team of eight associates who support partnerships throughout the Bay Area. Allsion is an ADP District Manager based out of San Francisco and works with small businesses with under fifty employees. Her focus is with small businesses in the Marin County area and directly supports them with their payroll, HR, and EE benefits. She has been with ADP for 2 years.
